Each year, we take a vision and prayer retreat as a church family. We hope you can join us for this annual retreat at Frost Valley YMCA! We have made many memories seeking God together and building friendship on previous trips. If you would love to know more of the heart of our church, seek God in a beautiful place, and have a weekend of joy and relaxation please consider joining us for this retreat. You will complete a separate registration for each member of your family. Parents, please register your kids (6 mos-18) with the promo code kid. Babies 6 months or under are free with promo code baby.

Child (infant - 6 months): Free register baby with promo code: baby.
Child (6 months-18): $75 Register using promo code: kid. If you have a baby under a year old, that isn't going to be left with childcare, then it will be free for the baby, and you can register with the promo code: baby. However, we do encourage you to utilize the childcare provided for a more engaged experience.
You will be able to register with a small deposit, and make your final payment Sunday, JUNE 11.
DO NOT LET THE PRICE DISCOURAGE YOU FROM PARTICIPATING IN THIS RETREAT.
We want you there! Anyone is welcome to request a scholarship before May 31—once we have all requests, we will be able to determine how many individuals we can assist with payment. All attendees are expected to contribute at least a small amount for the weekend.

There are a very limited number of scholarships available for the retreat. If you would like to help provide more, email Nick or drop a check in the offering box on Sunday with the memo "PS retreat scholarship."
All accommodations are cabin-style, with a single twin bed per person. Married couples and families share cabins, single men and single women are in gender-specific cabins. If you're a married couple who would prefer single-gender accommodation for the weekend, you may note it during registration. You may also note any specific people you'd like to share a cabin with, and though we cannot guarantee you'll be in a specific cabin, we will do our best to put you with your friends.
There are no private accommodations. Families should bring a pack-and-play for infants and smaller children (though sometimes, pulling a mattress off the frame and on to the floor does just as well!)
*If you are a family of 4 or more, we do have the ability this year to offer you a cabin to yourselves. This will be a first, come, first, served option, as we only have 5 cabins for this option.
Healthy meals, from dinner on Friday through lunch on Sunday, are included. Feel free to pack extra snacks to share during free times! There are also vending machines on the grounds, at the camp office, and coffee, tea and water available throughout the day.
If you have a dietary restriction or allergy, the camp is happy to accommodate it! Simply let us know on your registration form.
Each year's retreat has a theme. We will announce the theme for this year's retreat during our Sunday gatherings, so stay tuned! After registration closes, everyone registered will receive further information, including a packing list, agenda, and what to expect.
Some things we will do during the weekend: have worship and teaching/discussion, spend time in solitude and silence, play games, make s'mores, hike, shoot hoops, play tennis, learn, laugh, lay in the grass, eat great meals, stay up late talking.
Kids will have their own camp experience with trained and loving Staff during the day, spend free time with parents, and be cared for in the evenings after bedtime by Staff so moms and dads can unwind and spend time with friends. Parents will receive more specific information after registration regarding what to expect from the Kid's Staff team.
5. Arrival and Departure/Transportation
Plan to arrive anytime after 3:00 p.m. on the 16th to check in and enjoy camp until dinner at 5:30. Our first session will be at 8:30 p.m.
We will depart camp at 2:00 p.m. on the 18th.
If you can't take off work or leave early on Friday, come after you're done or drive up early morning Saturday. Be advised that the cost is the same, regardless of your length of stay.
Transportation is on your own, so gather a group for car rental! Use this google spread sheet to post seats available/seats needed to help newcomers find a ride.
